I'm not a cruiser guy either, but the wife wanted comfort, not a Night Train or a Breakout, or a V Rod.....well, you get the just.

The bike doesn't ride as big as it looks, if that makes sense.

Apparently in the Harley world chrome does get you home....LOL.

On a side note, its snowing like a bitch this morning. Go figure.

Rule # 1: while riding a dresser make sure you know where you are putting your feet while stopping, oil spots suck.
If you ever want to know if a dresser has ever been over look at the pipes under the floor boards, there will be a small dent/crease.

It was 50* today. I was able to get my rear axle squared up and pinion set better. I had a slight vibe from 45-55mph and it was tracking weird. Everything is perfect now!

It was 38 when I got off work, so I went for a little ride on the bike. I can't wait until its warm.

I got to thinking about the bikes I've had in my life time.....here they are. (web shots, except for the last one)

Kawasaki KV75

Yamaha XT200

1985 Honda VF500 Interceptor (this is what I crashed on in 1985, twice, ouch.)

Honda XR350

1985 Honda Sabre 700

2000 Honda Shadow Spirit 1100

And now the Harley

Quite the progression there. :p

I always wanted an interceptor , one of the best looking bikes ever made to me.

Really? Is it still called an interceptor? I ended up on a Nighthawk and then a Ninja ... those were both bad news for me at 20 years old.
