Odd. I'm not talking about onedesertdog, our friend in Aridzona. I'm talking about our weather this year. Of course you already knew the weather had been this way. Rather cool it has been. It hasn't been exactly dry either. Oddly enough the days leading up to the Zu were among the the warmest and dryest the spring has offered. Quite nice really. Cool nights made warm fires!
Arrowhead has new camphosts. Debbie, Dave, and Kim split duties over sections. We were fortunate to meet up with them. They're great people. Everyone treated them respectfully, thanks for that. I think they will do a wonderful job!
On to the trail action. We got in a few miles this time. I didn't feel the best Saturday. Had kinda overdone it by that point. All good though. Had a blast! We had time with old friends. We made new friends. We hope to see both again in the future.
