I have seen a few guys make their own using race car designs part. It?s just a torsion bar after all.

Agreed.  This one though is like a direct copy.  Almost like Rough Country got a hold of it!  😀

Those arms are literally the first iteration of Currie's arms.

You gonna try it?

Yeah I am.  Thinking about buying a few for a radiant day at that price.  Really hoping somebodies had some feedback on them.

I went ahead and ordered one of these.  $160 bucks.  I do not expect much - like you can tell the joints are cheap, the threaded rod also looks cheap.  But I figure I am getting those poly blocks, the arms, and the torsion bar.  Worst case the torsion bar snaps and I have to buy a currie instead.  Will do a review on it when and if it gets here!

I am hoping its decent , the Currie is ridiculously high now .

Boom.  3 days later I have it.

First impressions.

1.  Quality packaging
2.  Literally Curries first revision of arms.
3.  Fit isn?t quite as tight at Currie, but won?t have to beat the torsion bar in place.
4.  Joints aren?t of the same quality - to be expected and can be seen in pics.
5.  Threaded rod better than Currie.

All those I am impressed with.  I am not impressed with the yellow powder oat but whatever.

You can tell it?s not a $500 unit.  But come on?$160?  So far worth it!

Just thought I'd post my experience in here.

Mine had the splines not clocked right side to side. All well, that's the risk with the cheap option.

Sorry but are you sure?  The splines aren?t that big to have such a drastic difference

Sorry I missed this.

Yes, it's not exactly rocket science. Flipped the bars around and there's no way around it.

They were off as much as they could be off

Also, can you flip the bars end to end with the same results?
Didn't matter which arm was on which side or any configuration. They were off by about as much as they could be off.

Edit: no pics but also checked with a laser when removed and they were off

That’s a good question my friend however, I think that makes two wrongs. I can get a currie brand specific torsion bar and that should work just fine.
