Cold time is a comin'! The grill is becoming less an option each day. Especially ones like today, here, blessed with a cold rain. What's for dinner?

Frozen pizza. Once I got home neither the wife or I felt like going out, and without a kitchen, my choices were limited.

Steak (8oz filet), fries, corn, rolls, at Texas Roadhouse, with the wife. It was yummy.

I'm actually looking forward to cooking and eating at home once again.

Spatchcock Chicken on the grill. Turned out good.

Grilled chicken with Shiner beer and random spices marinade. First time grilling chicken, and I am pleasently surprised.
