I put 285/70 on my JLU Sport a few weeks ago and it's been fine with stock gears. I don't think you'll regret going to 285's.

Sounds like 33s will be the plan. I'll keep an eye on both 265s and 285s though. Looking for take offs.

I missed a killer deal on 285s yesterday bc I couldn't get to them until after work

I am on 35's and stock gearing and its quick! It's also a diesel so that makes a difference.
