AEV Brute rebuild aka old yellar!

After years of watching , hunting and dreaming I finally found an AEV brute I could afford. Its pretty solid but has some issues to figure out. It has an LS1 , 4L80E , Ford 9" rear and lots of other custom touches across the build. This thread will be where I document the fixes and upgrades as I move along with the rebuild.

Yaaaaaassssssssssssssss. Can't wait for this one. So seeing as you're going to have to paint the doors, hood and fenders; what color will you be repainting it?

There is a disturbance in the force going on , but the green Unicorny will always be my favorite.

I'm not sure entirely , the yellar is growing on me?!?
 
I love everything about this project.
The starting point, the builder, and the potential it already has, and what it can become. I'm just now sure how your not getting a tax write off for being a Jeep museum yet.

Awesome name for the build, but I think it should be dubbed The Beasley Brute.  😀
 
Im gonna need some engine bay pics so if you could get those that would be greeeeat  [drool]

Its not really named , old yellar is more of a place holder until it names itself. Theres a lot of work needed but it will be awhile before I can really do a lot as I have a cage due to [member=236]98 tj sport[/member] and I have to get a few LJ's ready to sell this Spring.

I made a pattern , but its just hanging out. Work has been busy and will stay so until mid March. Then I will get some time to do your cage which is the next project I do.
