Thank you , they have been a big hit with most folks here as well.

Today we built some end caps and worked on finishing up some wall sections. Construction has begun out back as well and they are working on the footer for the expansion.

They aren't bad in the central are either, but I agree that the western back roads are unparalleled.

Cost , thats the only reason . Second story added 100k minimum to construction and the inspector said it would mean bringing the entire building up to code with sprinklers which is another 100k.

So the suspended ceiling will be hung from 32' tji's ? and finished at a later date?
Drop-in every other one for inspection and tell the inspector something about returned product and that is why you used them when he leaves frame out to 16" OC

Everything we have is in this store , so it?s make or break. Sales have actually been good so far this month and the new product will start shipping in this week. It is frightening to see the cash burn , but it is getting better.

We are actually losing some storage to gain retail space. The current retail space is 4000sf and with the addition it will now be 11,000 sf.
