I plan on using a set at some point ,the design seems solid. Ironman off-road makes a set as well.

I started laying out and making my cuts.  Hopefully I can start tacking it up tomorrow.

Practice piec for slicing in the radius, leaving little tabs to hold it in place, then bending to desired angle.

Im hoping it won't be too much heavier than the ARB bumper up front, at least until I add the tire carrier.

Ordered a set of bumper tangs and shackles from Ruff Stuff.  Hope to get a good bit more done on the bumper this weekend.

Thanks. The picture angle makes it look bowed because it angles back on the ends.  I'm enjoying the project but it's taking a good bit longer than expected.

Making some progress.  Got everything pretty much where I want it.  Finally!  Was able to pull the entire assembly off to do final welding from the back.  Once that's done I will get it in primer at least.  I want to eventually enclose the back but I am going to wait until I can get a spindle welded in for a spare tire carrier.  Set up to bolt in with 16 bolts.  Hope it holds  [nailbite]

Spindle kits are in stock at Barnes 4wd.

Phase 1 complete.  It should do  for a while.  Just a temporary paint job.  Didn't want to spend to much time on it 'cause I will be adding on trailer hitch and spindle before long.  Luckily all the holes lined up when I installed it.  No serious warpage.
