The Blurple XJ build .

[member=234]Dave![/member] to the AC rescue. It?s at his house and everything is getting replaced. I have 45 days give or take to get this thing finished before my next phase in this thing called life begins.

Cold AC is back!

Need to add some new front brake lines and finish up the sway bar disconnect install and it?s pretty well done! The rhino roof rack will go on soon as well , but it?s almost time for Hannah to start driving it. Wish I had a something so well built and thought out when I was her age. Alas I had a stock CJ-7 that leaked like a sieve but lit a fire in me that is still burning.

Not sure what route you plan to go with on brake lines, but Rock Auto had some Raybestos lines listed for the XJ that are 4" longer than stock and fit nicely.

Those sound good , was going to look at YJ lines as well. Whatcha think about that Savvy engine skid?!

Not a whole lot to say there, so I'll leave you with just this one word...

...WANT.
I think [member=219]Rucas[/member] is going to make some of these to sell out of steel . Its a simple install and while I would not want to rest the entire weight of the Cherokee on the skid , it will save it from errant sticks and rocks along the trail.

Every little bit helps
