Back from dinner with girls. Meeting the boyfriend went well. Dinner was good too. The girls wanted Outback, so that's what they got.
Off to Waterford tomorrow!
Went to the mountains today. Dad needed assistance replacing the rooftop AC on his camper. Got a great view from the old homestead, and again atop the camper.
Periwinkles were in bloom....
....as were the cherries.
Finished up the AC swap, came back down the mountain for dinner with Jenn. I love Mex. Therefore there was no argument when it was her dinner request. A wife that knows what she wants to eat! Amazing I know! 😂 We enjoyed outdoor dining albeit slightly cool yet.
We continued the evening with a dog walk. Our newish puppy has a thing for hydrants. He doesn't mark them. He growls and barks at them. 😂 Too funny.
The walk featured a nice sunset.
Back at the hacienda, I took out the garbage, put the gym bag in Red Hot Momma, and loaded the seeder to return in the morning. And here we are!

Coworker asked me what I thought was a fair price for a 2012 4 door. I didn’t want to start a new thread, but since it happened today, this seemed like a good place to post. I have no idea what what the market is like. Any advice I can pass on to him?
High Altitude package. He knows the seller and he says the guy babies his vehicles. 95k miles. Soft top and hard top with a garage lift for the hard top.

The market is still stupid. I'd say it's still gonna run between 5 and 10 grand of its new price, on a dealers lot. I mean new 4 doors start at 54 grand.

I’ve actually been looking for a JKU as of late. I’d bet the could get up to $22k private party if they’re patient. 18-19k if he wants a no hassle sale with the “buddy” price. It looks clean, but 2012-2013 are “less desirable “ than 2014-2018 due to cylinder head issues. Although this Jeep is 12 years old and almost 100k miles, so it’s likely unaffected.
