Awesome! How did you do?
Just finished. Slowest one I’ve done. Fasted averaged 9 min/ mile. This one was 11 min/ mile.

Another workout is in the books. Today's workout included 144 push ups.....12 sets of 12. This is only 2 more per set than last time, but I bet I feel the difference tomorrow.
 
Fought off the lack of desire, getting after it early, before I talk myself out of it. It's a rainy, dreary day, so motivation is low.
