Sprints, then weights.

No pix this time. Got in a six mile run while in overnight gallivant status. This is one of my favorite runs. It's a Greenway with a trailhead right behind the hotel. It's wooded the majority of the route - a route including a loop around a beautiful lake. It's certainly a work travel perk.
 
I’m out of shape and tired of feeling like it. In the last 8 years I’ve gained almost 50lbs. As my 30th approaches, I’ve decided to change that. I haven’t had any fried food, and drastically reduced sugar intake in the past 3 weeks and I’ve started running again. Since then, I’m down 16lbs. Gonna keep up the running for a bit, then add in some weights.
